Sustainable Funding Beacon Status
Herefordshire Voluntary Action has recently been awarded Sustainable Funding Beacon status and is working in partnership with the Sustainable Funding Team at NCVO (National Council of Voluntary Organisations) to offer a programme of events which will focus on all aspects of sustainable funding.
The aim of the Sustainable Funding Beacon’s programme is to equip selected infrastructure organisations with the skills, knowledge and resources to embed a sustainable income approach amongst frontline voluntary and community organisations to enable them to take a more strategic approach.
As part of this programme, HVA is planning to organise and deliver a number of events across the county looking at a range of funding topics. This will include the continued delivery of its very popular funding breakfast, held at Saxtys in Hereford, where local and regional funders provide a range of funding advice and support. For information on future events please contact Amelia at amelia@herefordshireva.org.
