New Vteam explode onto the scene
The vinvolved programme will make it easier for young people to volunteer as part of the v youth volunteering charity`s national scheme. The host organisation is Herefordshire Voluntary Action with John Williams being appointed as the Development Manager alongside James Rogers who is the Volunteering Adviser.
Both are professionally trained youth workers and are looking forward to working with young people aged between 16 and 25 years, offering a high standard of information, support and a range of volunteering opportunities. This is a new innovative programme committed to partnership working, linking into a wide range of allied agencies and community interests across the County. The vinvolved team is eager to highlight this is a youth led project. It will rely upon the ideas and guidance of young people championing its development through their Youth Action Team.
