VADS is a free one to one service that helps voluntary and community groups to produce newsletters, posters and fliers to attract volunteers using MS Publisher.
Feedback from the sessions so far include:
• “Clare was brilliant, patient and understanding, a perfect tutor to run this scheme”
• “Done the logo – done the flier – hopefully can now do other things on my own!!”
• “ I liked the one to one , hands- on help and encouragement”
• “I will now have more user- friendly publicity for board members and volunteers etc”
The two hour personalised sessions, which will take place at CVALD ofifices in Salters Yard, Bye Street Ledbury, aim to give people the confidence to be creative in their approach to publicity and marketing and to pass on their skills to others.
