Be a Community Champion!

Every Action Counts (EAC) is an innovative programme that is engaging national and local voluntary and community sector organisations in work to protect and improve our environment and to deliver sustainable development solutions. The project provides support and resources for voluntary and community groups and community development workers. 


EAC, is asking for new Community Champions –volunteers who will lead change in their own neighbourhoods. Community Champions receive two days of free, accredited training and go on to encourage local community groups, clubs and societies to take small actions that support 'one planet living', by creating an action plan to create a more sustainable future. No formal experience or qualifications are necessary, but champions must be over 18 and enthusiastic about their community and its sustainability.
