Fit4life is a FREE introductory course that focuses on promoting healthy lifestyles in childcare and play settings.

You’ll learn about outdoor play, healthy eating, physical activity, risk assessment, behaviour management and more!

It will run on Fridays in Hereford (venue to be confirmed)
